mx6 bolt pattern:

Mazda 626 1988-up (5x114.3mm / 12x1.5 Lug-nut / 59.60mm Bore)

Nissan altima bolt pattern:

Nissan Altima 2002-up (5x114.3mm / 12x1.25 Lug-nut / 66.10mm Bore)

would 12x1.25 Lug-nut fit our cars? or is it to small?

The lug nuts are the least of your worries. You can always use the stock lugh nuts or get aftermarket ones.

Your real problem is in the center hub bore of the wheels. You will need some hubcentric rings to correct the hub. If you don't than the wheel will be riding on the lug nuts instead of the hub and you will have problems later down the road. Not to mention the wheel will never really line up right and will cause vibration, mis-alignment and other handling issues.
