I'm almost ready to order Eibach springs and Tokico shocks and struts for my 1st gen. I know a lot of you guys have a setup like this and I'm wondering about the need for a camber kit. I did a search but all of the information referred to 2nd gen. Some cars I know actually will adjust camber automatically. Are 1st gens like this? If not what are your experiences with tire wear with a similar setup?

I bought the camber kit when I got my Eibachs/KYBs, but when I went to get my car aligned they said I didn't need it - it was still in spec for camber. I trust the place that said so. They align all the local hot cars like a few ferraris and various hot rods + the local car dealers who don't own alignment euipment all use this place. So I would say no you don't need the camber kit. Mainly when you lower our cars you end up with too much positive front toe, easily fixed by alignment.
My car's been lowered for 30,000 miles and I haven't had any tire wear issues.
