Ok, i have a Turbotechnics T-25 turbo kit for the mx-6 2.0. Included are Spearco Intercooler, walhboro 190 fuel pump, 450cc fuel injectors, turbo downpipe, all the piping and a Weapon R Cold air intake, etc...etc... i have just taken the turbo manifold to Corksport and had them port the manifold and clean it up real nice so the air will flow nice and smooth, i also took the **** MBC and BOV that came with the kit threw them out the window and replaced them with TurboXS type S BOV (custom welded adapter), and Turboxs standard MBC both brand new. I am going to clean and paint all the intercooler pipes flat black then clearcoat them (to match my valve cover), (heat resistant paint and clearcoat naturally) THe kit also includes autometer phantom series gauges on a custom A-pod mount for the mx-6 (extremeley clean looking). THe turbo is blue the bov and mbc are also blue so it looks pretty nice with some of the hosing being blue as well. I am going to install this all in a week or so when i get it all cleaned, prepped and ready (must pass emissions first) but just curious if i was to offer this kit for sale after i clean it up, paint it, send all the pictures u need, etc... how much would people be willing to pay for it... as i might jump on an offer? also included are some slim OEM replacement radiator fans, i am thinking of going NA with JDM parts, and doing bodykit and new paint job and wheels... but turbo is going to be sweet, either way just wondering what people would offer for this kit (i also could reply with complete list of parts and great quality pictures of the entirety of the kit, i have put a lot of work into this kit preparing it to go in my car after buying it used from another user... i would not have put it in my car the way i recieved it... but i definatley would now.. and i only give her the nicest of things. (and it will end up in my car) unless i get an offer i can't refuse. If i sold this turbo i also have a Clutchmasters Stage 3 Clutch i might sell with it.. as if i went NA with just JDM parts i would prolly' only need a stage 2RR at most, just wondering, if nobody really replies, this **** is definatley going under the hood of my ride... probably will either way.. just wondering what i could get for this kit i have cleaned up, let me know @ [email protected]

PS: i would take no less than $1700 as i payed more than that for it, and i have added the new turboxs BOV, MBC, and have had at least 3 hours in shoptime @ corksport invested in porting and polishing for a couple hundred dollar charge, not to mention my own time for the painting, and cleaning of the turbo it'self would cut a deal if the clutch was purchased with it though. if i think of anything else in the kit im leaving out ill post later... THis kit would be sweet for running 5 or 6 lbs of boost on a NA motor to give you that extra stomp of Forced power, and the size of the t-25 enables you to spool up very quickly at medium psi range (i would not reccomend over 6 psi on a na motor tho unless you want to blow it or severeley shorten it's life). I would also be interested in barter if you don't have the monitary status for purchase... as i said i want a BC body kit, and some nice wheels.etc... i guess the other reason (main reason) i would sell this turbo kit before i even installed it is because i am scared after i install this i will not pass emmisions in southern california... and i will need to pass emissions there to get base tags for camp pendleton.. just want to avoid the hastle... but i would not sell it to someone else without it being in the condition i had expected it to be in when i origionally purchased it, that is why i am cleaning it up and porting it...etc..but am about to void my sales plans and just say **** it and have fun with a turbo :) i know i could find some asian guy (that understands my need for boost) working at a clean-air station down there that would slip me a pass for a few greens :)

PS:

The origional kit was a turbotechnics kit for another car, then customed to fit the MX-6. ANd now customed to have more direct/clean airflow to the turbo/better bov & MBC, professionally ported and cleaned.

get some pics up. i am looking into getting a turbo kit, and i am a little short on the 2900 for the mazda racing one. can you get me a full list of everything that you have and maybe pics. send it to [email protected] thanks

I am having corksport weld the adapter for the turboxs type S blow off valve to the throttlebody-to-intercooler pipe.... and they are cleaning up the manifold/turbo so i will have to get that back from them then i can send you High Quality pictures all day and live video feed if you want :) when i get all the parts back (tommorrow) and pay the bill for port/polish/cleaning ill take pictures of everything together and type up a list of all that is included and i would offer this kit to you for much less than 2900 as it was used for a short while by the previous owner, there is by no means anything wrong with it... just not the same as a brand-spankin new kit.
PS: Still not sure i will sell it, my mechanic buddies would kill me if they saw this post they are dying to install it. Im just pretty much trying to see how much i could get for it if i decided to sell it for whatever reason... just don't get your hopes up that it is "for sale" as it is not yet... but i will get you pics, and details and then you can make an offer so i can make "the decision"
god i will love the boost when/if i install it

PS: how many miles are on your 6? how good is the condition of your motor, also realise a new/stronger clutch is essential when boosting... i have the CM stage 3 also (if i sell turbo)

my motor has 6500 miles on it, and was built last year with forged rods,pistons, bored .20 over, stainless valves, aluminum springs, retainers, port and polished, 3 angle valve job, blueprinted and balanced. custom cams. all waiting for a turbo. i knew i was turbo'n it so i had everything done for it. i have a centerforce dual friction clutch. dont like it to much, rebuit tranny, b&m sts, fidanza flywheel.
so basically its ready.

ok dude, thats pretty sweet.. i wish i had your forget internals and rebuild... i sent you an e-mail with photos and info.. and in about 30 seconds there will be another e-mail with the freshly ported manifold, and welded BOV adapters on the intercooler piping. Let me know what you think.

PS you said custom "cams" i have an intake cam from Corksport... where did you get the second? id love to grab one.

Just spend $1500 on clutch, flywheel, wheels, DEQ passing fix, etc... and i need new front struts, a complete replacement of all my bushings, and i want to custom my exhaust to be all stainless steel. Plus i figure since im moving to cali i will be selling this turbo kit, your loss is my gain... i put the elbow grease into painting it and porting the turbo manifold. I WILL SELL THIS KIT. Just send me an e-mail [email protected] and i will send you more information. PS if you live near portland oregon, or in sandiego there will be no shipping as we could arrange a pickup or a delivery.

ps for all those out there considering JDM camshaft, stage 3 clutchmasters clutch, fidenza flywheel.... do it im in love with these mods. Underdrive pulley as well. The stage 3 is a great drive to.
