Guys,

i'm trying to find some of the specs and/or build info relating to the works racing KL & KF v6's. (cars may have run in a super-touring class i think)
Basically we run a car in a "sports-sedan" class in australia, and i'm very interested in repowering it with a 300+hp 2.0L/2.5L v6.(would make it a class winner that's for sure)

any info or pointers as to where i minght be able to find some of this data greatly appreciated

Specifiaclly, check out http://www.interpreptuning.com/engines_mazda to see the racing development they did on a KL motor. Not 300HP by far (something I think would be nigh on impossible normally aspirated) but pretty impressive nonetheless.

I'm sorry man I don't have the url off hand. If you do a search on http://www.google.com for A-Spec the result turns up on about the 2nd or third page I think. It's a shop in Toronto Canada that has put an old 323 and a current 626 both over the 300hp range. Their site has info and you can contact the guys there too they really know their Mazda stuff! Hope this helps, if I come across the url I'll post it for you. Good luck man it would be sweet to see a 6 atop the standings!

Ya I heard they do amazing work. I'm taking my 6 to him next weekend for a little work and hopefully within the month he'll be doing my tranny swap! I can't wait good to hear they do good work!
