Hopefully somebody can help me out here. i have a 93 LS with manual transmission. it runs great but recently the gear grinds when changing gears from 1st to 2nd. Its a dull grind as if i didn't have the clutch in all the way. it only grinds when going into 2nd no other gears. any help would be appreciated

RedLine MT90 will fix that problem. Did for me anyway.

Fluid level check and replacement with Redline is a good start. Also, check the hydraulics for the clutch: lines (esp. the flex line), leaks at the slave cyl etc.

Hey boys!!
I get a mild crunch if I max out in first or second, and go state into fifth {like with the motor spinning down}. Do you think the red line oil would help with this…
PS: I know it’s not a good Idea to second to fifth. But I do it all the time I take of like a mad man then remember that there such a thing as a speed limit .So I slot it into fifth…Crunch ..And I just keep doing it!!! Force of habit I guess…
