Maybe old codes, or maybe you started the car with all that stuff disconnected? In either case, I would clear the codes (disconnect battery, press brake pedal for 10 seconds), go for a drive, then check them again. Or did you already try that?
5 check engine light after valve cover gasket
I just changed my valver cover gasket, throttle body gasket, and intake manifold gasket and all my spark plugs now my check engine light is on throwing 5 codes:

Volume Air Flow sensor (VAF)

Intake air temperature sensor (IAT)

Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system
I drove it and it seems fine.
I also used electrical grease on the connections if that helps.
