Brake parts cleaner is good, but, the best stuff I've found is Castrol Wheel Cleaner, comes in a purple bottle with a silver nozzle. That stuff is so bad assed. I suggest a good stiff bristled brush for the heavier deposits, but, it'll get most of the crap off with no scrubbing. The brush at the car wash will not get the deposits off, you'll have to buy one.

Super clean!!

Castrol super clean, CANNOT beat it, took 13 years of brake dust and road grime off my wheels in seconds, power wash with it, even better results!!!
