The Mazda part number is : F221-13-224A They are still available on some sites and ebay but the are listed at 120$usd, I have one that I bought from the dealer and ran for 1month I would sell for 80$ + shipping. But no mater how new they are said to be they where all fabricated a long time ago, and these couplers tend to dry out and have a bad habit of cracking and splitting.
You should shop for a 90 degree silicone reducer 3.5" to 2" / 90mm to 51mm and buy the correct size T-Bolt clamps. the Throttle body is just over 3.4"diameter and the metal charge pipe is just under 2" outer diameter, the T-bolt clamps will seal the couplers to both, it will save you $ and outlast the factory elbow.
It is a difficult size to find, they use to sell a silicone reducer on ebay this size.
