My alternator belt broke, I have never had to work on the belts on this car before and I am not sure how to loosen the belt for the water pump and power steering to be able to install the alternator belt. I have been told that the ac unit is the tensioner because I cannot find any other tensioner. Can someome give me some advice, I sure would appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help.

There is 1 tensioner that will loosen your a/c-p/s belt. This one is located on the a/c. There is 1 more tensioner that is located on your alternator, this one is under the intake manifold attached to your alternator and will free up the alternator belt. You will need to make sure that you don't over tighten either belt when you re-install the old one and install the new one. Take your time and be patient.
