You have to make your own. Look at some of the different rubber bushings in the standard auto supply shops like Advance Auto Parts. You can find a good size diameter that will slide over the brass. For the width, likely you will need to cut it to size.
Once you have it installed, the window rattling goes away !
I did this, only lasted about 2 years tho, there wheels for sliding glass door, there the exact match as original size, problem is getting them on and off, I chose to cut a slot and snap them on, they roll fine even with the open gap
If you cut both the length and inside diameter correct, and spray the rubber with silicone, and coat the roller, they last a very long time. Not sure if a slot cut caused your issue of only lasting 2 years or so.
