my other car i have is a 1968 volvo and i have a decent CD receiver and two 6x9s in the rear that sound great. i don't have any front speakers as i didn't want to cut anything and keep it pretty original. and anyways the 6x9s reflect off the rear glass and sound good. so i was wondering if there is any way to bridge the front speaker outputs with the back in order to get more power, like how some amps are bridgeable. i think one time i tried just adding the other connection in and it didn't do anything. is it possible or not?

thanks

If you are talking about bridging the outputs from your Head Unit to the rear speakers DO NOT DO IT.

HU's are not designed to be bridged. The amp section of any equipment has to be designed internally to be configured in bridge mode.

If you try it you might well cause damage to your HU.

Trust me, I have tried before to the expense of my wallet.
