Aftermarket CD Player Not working

When I installed my head unit from my 2g, it had no sound, nor would the cd come out, the unit was working when it left my 2g. I used the 2g harness as it plugged right into the 1g harness, but apparently something isnt working correctly.

Is there a specific 1g harness for an aftermarket cd player? Also what about a dash kit? Trying to fit the cd player into the stock dash was a nooo goo, lol.

there is infact a harness kit for the 1g and a dash kit too.

and if your the only 1g member left with a working antenna

looking at the one for the 1994 probe, it comes with an extra harness for the speakers if you have/had the 2nd factory amp. that might be the issue ?

Same plug to the harness, but most likely different pinouts

he didn't have power to the stock amp
