well, last night i got home to notice some water under my car. i checked it out today and in the welsh plug closest to the passenger side of the car was a little pin hole. water was pissing out of it! i probably lost about 500mL of water in total, but its a leak and needs to be fixed. i used some liquid steel used to fix radiator leaks (comes in 2 tubes: 1 bonding agent, and a hardening agent, then u mix it) im hoping this will hold, but if not, has anyone experienced this before? anyone changed the welsh plugs themselves/or had a mechanic do it? any input would be appreciated.....thanx guys.

I've had no personal experience replacing one. But as a kid I watched my old man replace them on a 250cui ford. I can't remember how he got them out, but if my dad could do it , it must have been a no-brainer. I'll check a manual later tonight ( I don't have a 626/mx6 manual but I guess they're all similar) if no one else can help.
