so if i understand correctly the 93-96 front struts give the car a lower stance?
and possibly the rear springs on our original struts?
hopefully someone can give me a preview before i atempt it :)

In Gavins thread about using 2nd G tokico illuminas on a 1st G, he says that they sit about 3/4" lower than the stock struts in the front.

There is a thread here that has pictures of the 1G on a couple of setups including on the 2nd G struts and 1G springs. I'll See if I can find it.

Yeah, I believe it was Jeff, aka Fastest that mentions the suspension has to come from a 93 PGT for the stock suspension to lower the 1g's :)

Er...Lowering springs?

Theres quite a few choices for the car and some local(to Australia) products that can be used instead of cobbling something together.

i was asking as one of my front struts is pretty much gone and i could pick up a set of 2gen for next to nothing. the drop would of been an added bonus. i am no hack my friend :(

An old pic.
Stock '93 PGT struts/springs. They will alter the camber though. Slighty positive. The rears are Intrax, stock struts.
