ok my auto transmission is having harsh jolting cahnges going from 1st to 2nd

before i picked up the car it had a transmission power flush...

is there anyway i can stop the jolting switching gears?

Seems to be a common problem. Mine use to "kick" from 1st to 2nd. Try adjusting the kickdown cable and hope that solves the problem.

It could be a gearbox / engine mount as well.

just drove my car before, coming onto the on ramp of the freeway, the car goes smooth from first to second, but then second to third, it seems to jumps a gear, and then changes... weird... ill get my old man to drive it tomorrow.

Soudns like the bands are wearing out. Speak to a auto transmition speciallist.

-try filter/oilchange flushs doing nothing especially if it's blocked as it sucks from the filter
