I just got a 1989 LX and I am looking to make it a bit faster. I am starting with the basics wondering what my best bet would be as far as an exhuast system goes? Also wondering if anyone has any advice on intake... K&N or??????????

unless you want to make a custom setup for intake you are going to have to either put on a cone filter (which is not recomended because of hot engine bay air). or you could get a k&n panel filter to replace the stock filter, it is much higher flowing.

You can also get the headers made by pacesetter and a catback by them, but i would replace the muffler because its a pos.
