Where should I start. I am on the cheap.

Skateboards are quite popular around here still...

It would help to know what you drive, how many miles are on it, modifications done, stereo setup, etc.

make it light and drive it easy...by doing that i get almost 35mpg (American gallons) with my ls

its about 400lbs less than stock and i roll a lot

Don't race to the Red Light like all other retards on the road. Coast to stop signs. Anticipate traffic flow, stay off the brakes.
