There is a place in Ringwood that sell pnuematics. I put together a restrictor and bleed valve together and only cost approx $30. It works alot better than any one you can buy, i just havent got it set properly!
I got the idea from a guy with a GTR, he swears by it and he is running very high boost.
The set up is way easy, a bit of fuel hose, 6 clamps and three cable ties. The best thing is that the bled air is fed back into the system!
