I have an 88 gt turbo and I want to install a blow-off valve. I have one from a 2nd gen eclipse(the plastic one that only holds like 15psi) and i want to put it on. The factory one seemed to be leaking boost when I tried to make it and external one by diconecting the hose and plugging the one near the turbo.
The eclipse one mght fit but is there anything special I have to do? Also what other blow-off valves can I put on it HKS, Apex-i,
etc. I don't want a $250.00 either. anyone have one for sale?

If you don't have the Brady valve on the end of it, it will leak at vacuum prett bad. This could be your problem. This set up is only good to ~15 PSI as well though.

I recommend no BOV, the car runs much much much better without one.

Don't misinterpret that as a reasion to take off the stock bypass, it is VERY much needed to prevent compressor surge.
