I have a 1988 Mazda 626 and i want to get a manual boost controler witch one should i get, and witch one is the best? i heared that boost valve makes decent controlers at www.boostvalve.com and dawes devices at www.dawesdevices.com so can any one help me out here and tell me what should i get cause i have no idea (all i know that i want to run 12PSI)

boost controllers are not equall

manual boost controllers are never accuarte over 15psi.
i tried the cheap route for many of years untill i used my brain and bought a hks evc4.rated #2 in the market #1 is 150.00 higher

What sort of other mods do you have to accommodate the 18psi James? And how long have you been running your engine at 18psi? I am considering getting a bleeder too, something like the Apexi AVC-R. But I am concerned about engine life. My car has already done 190000km.
