My brake lights are staying on.... spoiler lights, the whole bit. Even when I turn the car off. I have to pump the brakes about 5 times, and they will go off.

I'm pretty sure (hoping!) it's a fuse problem or something, because well, if my brakes were actually malfunctioning, I would feel a difference in the drive, right?

Thanks for any help!

Oh awesome. So this switch is one beneath the pedal?
This is just something that probably needs to be lubricated rather than replaced?
(Gonna go take a peak on my break)

I'm trying to locate this switch, but there's too much other crud down there.
Haynes doesn't have a photo of it.
Then, once I locate it, is it ok to put WD-40 on it? What would be the best way to 'unstick' it?

Yeah, thanks guys. It was the switch.

There was this little round rubber piece that broke off and was lying on the floor :)

I'll just get a new one of those and try to put it in. But for now they are unstuck and working again.

No thanks to YOU steve! :p
