Does anyone know if the front brake pads are different from the back pads on the GT's or whatever has 4-wheel disc. Meaning can they be switched. I'd like to know if the ebc green stuff pads for the front brakes will work on the rear brakes.

They are different. The fronts are larger because the front discs are larger.
