do rotors and high performance pads. drilled vs slotted is really a matter of opinion, they brake just as good. try these sites:
http://www.spmotorsports.com/probebrakes.html <-- the combos there are nice
http://www.rr-racing.com/ <-- for a SERIOUS upgrade
http://www.importhookup.com/coupons.htm <-- go there too, there's a 25% off coupon to carparts.com there

plus the regular places like:
http://www.partsamerica.com/default.asp
http://www.nopionline.com/
http://www.ptuning.com/ <-- go there thru probetalk for a discount

there's a few more, but that should do.
hope it helps man.

My Powerslot rotors, about two years old now, have developed a very nasty warp. It's funny because for the longest time they were fine. Up to this point they, with a set of Axxis metalmasters, were really quite a good combination. But the warpage has made the car almost undriveable recently and seems to be getting worse with every stop. Weird.

Anyway, I'm in the process of ordering a set of 4 Brembo cross-drilled rotors and Axxis pads all the way around from SP Motorsports.

I'm not going to ask what you did to those poor brakes Mike.:) I had my PowerStops for 5 years before i had to change them and that was do to the Axxis pads finally wearing enough of the rotor down that there was a noticable groove where the pad sweep area was. I'm saving up for a set of Rafi's brakes in the furtue hopefully.

Funny thing is Greg, I don't know either. This happened during the winter months - with my P185 snow tires mounted on 14" black steel rims. These and the local weather conditions definitely don't support the type of driving that might be seen as leading to severe warping. I'd almost believe that the rotors were hot after a "normal" stop and then had snow blow on them during a nasty storm, leading to sudden, uneven cooling and the inevitable warp.

I'd consider getting them turned to remove the warp but I think, judging by how the car feels when approaching a stop, that the amount of material left after turning would render the rotors unuseable anyway. Off to Brembos I go :D
