Every so often the brake warning light on my 93 MX6 comes on when i fully push down on the brake pedal.

Is that something I should be worried about??? What could it suggest??

Also ive noticed that when everything is quiet and I apply and release the brakes I can hear a clicking sound?? Is that normal...the sound doesnt come from the brakes themselves but from somewhere else, sounds like its comeing from behind the console....

Make sure your brake fluid container is full (well, up to max). The light will go on if it is low, so you may be right near that low level. As far as the click goes, do you have ABS brakes? Not sure if that makes a click or not??

I believe the fluid level is to its correct level, could the brake warning light activate itself, if the brakes need adjusting or replacing???

Also I do have ABS!!!
