Hey Jesse - being from the wrong side of the pacific I can't really comment on the best CAI... however the custom CAI I've just done is working a treat!

On the cam side, yes we have to cams per bank - ie quad cam.

I love the sound of that don't you???

Yeah man, I have a quad cam, 2.5 litre, all alloy V6... yeahhhh..
putting out 123kw (ooops  )

rice danger,
that intake is not considered a cold air because it sits up on the engine bay sucking in hot air and therefore loosing hp. If you would like a good example of a cold air intake, check out my link at the bottom of my sig.

As for the best intakes for our cars, the are the hot shot and prm, both giving about 3-5 whp.

Ractive

Anyone use the Ractive heat-shielded filter?

Is it a durable unit?

I checked out their website and it looke well made, plus there is an optional extention pipe that can run to the front of your car for CAI.

Any opinions??
