Dunno about getting the ram betwen the fog lights and ur headlights, but I do have the ram right under the left fog light. It works ok and works good in highspeed since they couldn't mess with my MAF. I am soon going to wrap the whole thing so the ram pipe covers the whole filter into the MAF.
What they did was they removed my battery and drilled a hol;e where the battery was and got the pipe in there. Make sure you talk to whoever is going to do it for you and get it done right...since mine wasn't worth the money...and I am going to get that fixed
