The cam gears are integral to the camshafts and cannot be removed. If you mean cam sprokets, I'm not aware of anyone who makes them for the V6.
Because there's only one sprocket per bank, the phasing between the intake and exhaust cams on that bank is fixed. When one wants to fine tune the cam timing, the best result rarely comes from the cams being advanced or retarded by the same amount. This fact limits the utility of an adjustable sprocket on the V6.
If you really want adjustable sprockets, you'll have to get a machine shop to CNC something from a billet of aluminum.
