I have yanked, pulled, tugged, and cussed, but I *cannot* get the lines separated from the fuel filter.

Is there a trick to this that I am not aware of?

I have tried both, this thing just will *not* budge.

I'm starting to get to the point of just taking it to the shop and have them do it while I sit around and wait.

I would cut the hose but I don't think it would have enough slack after doing that to put the new one on.

Very frustrating.

Yay for me. Went out and tried it one more time before the sun went down after making the previous reply and finally got it off and replaced =)

i almost hate it when that happens... you try so hard and for so long and no avail and you come back hours later and it goes with no problem...
