swapped my intake manifold from a curve neck to a straight neck intake manifold. everything is how it is supposed to be. I ran into a leaky banjo bolt issue that I believe is fixed. started it back up and its knocking and missing horribly. not the same as a vacuum leak issue. I checked the sparkplug wire connections even bought new wires and it continues to act this way and doesn't change if I leave a spark plug wire off and run it. it has the sound and smell of a motor cycle for lack of a better way to explain it.

also the only code it gives me is 9 which I for a coolant temp sensor

Yea it was a spark related issue. It fixed itself  I really dont know what caused it to behave that way in the first place.
