I will ask this these Q's though, does it do it when you are sat stationary ? and what is your normal idle RPM's ? Does it only do it on full lock, or any amount of turn ?
For now you could check your power steering fluid, for level and quality. When on full lock the power steering pump will demand quite a bit on the engine, if your idle revs are low, it will cause it to stall.
