I am 19 and not very sharp when it comes to cars. However, I do know I love my MX-6 and I would do as much as I can to make it run to the best performance possible. Well to get right to the point, I wanted to know if the Catback Exhaust System is a smart buy to improve the Horse Powers in my 1995 Mazda MX-6 V6 LS. I love this car and I need to improve it. Also, can you please tell me what other things I could do to my MX-6 to improve Horse Powers. So far, I have put a new Air Filter, 17” Kong Racing Wheels. The mileage on my car is 98,234.

Thank You everyone for your help.

You could have found the answer easily by doing a search, but I'll answer it anyway. A cat-back is only going to give you gains between 1-3 hp to the wheels, I would save my money and put a high performance muffler on for just about the same gains.
Your best HP gain for your money would be a cold air intake, which I believe should give you 5 whp.
