where'd you get the alt. from? get a volt meter & check your relays. maybe you got a faulty alt. also are you leaving lights on something draining power maybe you dont notice?

I need some help with my 6, it will not hold a charge. I have replaced the alt. and the battery, but no luck????

i had the same prob but i know why... o u have a sound system at all..>?
i was draining so much power that my crap batt couldnt work with it .. i got an optima redtop and it works perfectly.. those batteries are beastly

I checked my leads off the battery, and with the car running it;s only push'n 12.87 volts or less. the alt. does not seem to be charging the batt. ( running off battery power & not charging ).
