Alright, I've noticed at most speeds when I take a right turn I occasionally get a thump/bump/clunk noise come from the right driver's side tire area. I can feel it under the pedals a bit.

It happens constantly as long as its turning right? Not just once?

If it's just one thump then it sounds like a ball joint. Constant crack-crack-crack is a ripped boot on a cv joint.

Strut mount? Ball joint? Control arm bushing?

it may be the strut bearing if so. you are actually hearing the spring trying to turn with the the rest of the suspension. my car does it to, nothing to serious but it does need to be changed the next time i feel like tearing the suspension down. aka not soon
