A'ight, so i want to lower my car, and i was going to do so with the Weapon R Circuit Pro Coil overs. My frined now tells me that he wishes he hadn't lowered his Civic with coil overs, but used a lowering kit instead.

What are the advantages/disadvantages of each? I wanted to be able to adjust the ride height with the coilovers.

The advantages of regular springs are, you put them in, align it, and forget about them. With coil overs, you have the ability to lower or raise your car however much you want. The disadvantage to them is you should align the car every time you change the ride height because the toe settings will change. In my opinion if you have the money get the coilovers. If I could do it again thats what I'd get. I would get the ground controls though, they are a very reputable company. I don't know to much about the weapon R's.

can you send me a link for the ground controls?

And apparently it would be cheaper to get the coilovers over the two kits from the combination i've been suggested
