My Wipers seem not to work good enough when its raining...
is there a way that I can "tighten" them? so that the rubber grips the water better on the window? my blades are practically brand new and same with the wipers themselves... is there any practical thing that I can do to make them work better?

Use Rain X. That stuff is amazing! You won't even need wipers!

I have the same problem, it seems like my friggin windshield has a depression right where the driver looks out! RainX helped but it's still wayyy annoying...

I believe RAIN X is a liquid that you can spread onto your windshield and then wipe it off, and it acts like a teflon coating that repels water and slush etc. I think you can get it at Canadian Tire for something like $7.00

yeah rainX kicks A$$...

try new springs. go to the dealership and buy new tension springs. unless you can adjust them... but i dont remember seeing anything like that...

have you guys tried rainX's anitfog stuff. I think it works pretty well but it was a pain to put on.
