I installed my indiglo gauges from Procarparts about a week and a half ago. All was working fine. Then on Saturday nite I turned on my lights & the gauges didn't illuminate. Then again they didn't on Sunday. Today(Monday)I pulled apart the dash. I checked the connection to the dimmer & to the grouind & guages all fine. I can only figure that the transformer box must have gone up, ALREADY. Has anyone else's stopped working? I wonder what I can do. I guess if no one has a solution I'll need to contact Procarparts, but somehow I doubt these things have a warranty. Help needed, thanx.

I just got my indiglo guages today ,i got them from ebay for $87.00 with shipping.and in my instruction it says(do not use your factory dimmer for a power source).this would result in failure to your spee-glo gages or burn them out completely.this could be your problem,i am going to install mine today i am going to try to wire mine to the headlight switch.

If that is the case please let me know how to wire them up then. I am getting a new inverter & I don't want this one to burn out. So please post what & where to wire into. Thanx.

i wired mine to the cigarret
lighter lightbulb, its the red wire with a skinny black stripe.this way the guages come on with the park lights, they didnt work with the headlight switch when i wired them to the red wire, then i tried the green wire and the guages came on with the headlights.thats why i wired them to the cigaret lighter lightbulb, they just need to be wired to something that comes on with the parklights.

What did anyone do to install their guages? I got my replacement inverter, and I don't wanna burn this one out. So anyone who's installed these (and it hasn't burnt out), please post what you wired it to. Thanx.
