My emergency is sticking. I let the handle down all the way, and when i go to take off, I can feel the brake holding my tires. Its not bad, but it doesn't coast very well. The car has 100 thousand miles, do I just need new emergency brake lines? I have to hit the bracket the cable pulls on to release it. Has anybody else had this problem and know how to fix it? 93 mx-6 ls

What you are experiencing is a common problem for 93-94 LS's. It's been beaten to death on this very message board, just do a search for parking brake or emergency brake. The real solution is to replace the rear calipers, but more extreme solutions with hammers or other devices can be used as a temporary fix. Or you can just buy mine...100K miles with no stuck calipers :)

Replce them

The only real fix is to replace them.. Unfortunatly their a little pricey.. I Reciently replaced all by brake components in mine with upgrades. Cost a few bucks but she stops really good now... hahah ;)
