from mazda the gear box stabiliser is 160
the rear gear box mount is 150(closest to fire wall)
the top stabiliser near timing cover was 45 second hand
these were all broken on mine
gearbox has to be removed to fit rear box mount
gear box has to come out to remove tha rear engine mount, front is just removing the mount, top stabiliser (g box) air cleaner, i/c piping has to come out.
the easest way to find out is to open your bonnet and have a look
If you read the thread about the mounts it basically tells you what to do... especially if you read the pdf on the actual filler.
It is pretty self explanatory if you want someone to step you through it, here I go...
1. Take off engine mount... Read from manual uploaded in another thread.
2. Fill as per instructions on filler package.
3. Wait as per instructions on filler package.
4. Put engine mount back... Reverse of step 1.
oh my god it sux
done it 3 times in last month
3 hours to take it out
5 hours to put it in
thats including beer
if your c/v's need doing, there wont be a better time, make sure your drive shaft seals arent damaged in the process
i refuse to pay money to mechanics
the quality of driveability can be severly affected by mounts in a fwd, it can be the difference between a sh*t box to drive and something thats as smooth as silk.
i wish i did earlier instead of right before i am selling it
