I have 2 340watt amps I just finished installing. 2 10" subs in the back. When you turn the cd/radio on (factory) their seems to be a very loud sound that goes high/low with the rev. When you break, signal or even turn the headlights, the sound breaks for a split second....what the hell is wrong????

Thanks for all the tips...i'll try the ground first.

I failed to also mention regarding low frequency noise I hear when I apply the breaks, turning signals and switching the headlights on. Mind you that the lights on the deck and inside my car doesn't twitch when hard bass hits....I think it may be that the amp is picking up signals from other things in my car. What could it be if I have this problem?

I Screwed the ground from the amp to another another location (top screw of the spare tire) and everything was fine....phew, I was lucky that I didn't have to change the altenator and such.
