um, I use the blaster 2, it was only like 30 bucks, and it works great. even comes in chrome for an extra couple bucks.

Are there any other external coils you can use other than the Blaster 3? I'm not looking for a performance boost, I just want something that will work.
The Blaster 3 is gonna cost me $70 from a local auto store. Just wondering if I have other options that would be cheaper.

i'm using the MSD SS coil. think it was $35
there are tons of coils you can use i work at advance auto parts and ive had alot of people have luck with the msds and we also sell accel coils which are mid grade performance you could probably pick one up for around 20 bucks, hope i helped
