Just solved this problem...
it could be one of 4 possible problems:
1) the type of gas your using... try to use 92 - 94 octane instead of regular to clear up the fuel system which may be the problem (it was my problem)
2) check the spark plugs
3) check all hoses and vacumn hose covers
4) ECU related issue or idling screw as mentioned.
