I havent been on this site for a while due to lack of time.
My 6 has been off the road for about 5 months.

I have had a Custom built Garrett turbo 450+ HP, 3" stanless exaught from the turbo to the tip, Custom built tuned lengh manifold, 440cc Injectors, Walbro 255 HP fuel pump, and a Haltech E6K with 3 bar MAP sensor as well as full data logging air intake temp, exaust temp etc and electronic boost controller and i got new gearbox and transmition.

It is only running 7 PSI and is only 80% tuned and it runs 100% better than stock. i have not had a power run as of yet but i will in the near future. But i know it keeps up even with my mates skyline which has 176 KW at the wheels.

the car doesnt run out of puff anymore it will pull all the way to redline.

I have just knocked up a website with a couple of pics i just rushed up and took i would post the pics up on this post but they have never work for me in that past so i thought it best to wake them in a site.... HERE IS THE PAGE

Yep she shore is fast. cant wait untill its fully tuned but that is such a long proccess as i drive it i have to take notes on where it needs improving and then it has to go back in the get back on the dyno for slight ajustments and keeps going till it is running at its best. I cant wait to get the bigger cooler on too.

I have been advised to strenghen the engine mounts or put more in because at around 5500 it is still producing power and they said it sounds and looks and feels like the mounts are going to bust.

Thats a very nice setup. Having been in a 626 with a small(er) 320hp or something GT series garret, I reckon that thing is going to haul some serious arse! The one i went in made 171kw at the fronts, I dread (}) ) to see what that will make. Not to mention the torque figure.

That manifold looks like it would have cost a small fortune. Any rough idea what it would be worth to replicate something like that? Dont mention it if you dont want to.

Timtx5 - i would not know how much that would cost tor relicate. Mick down at tuggeranong exausts made it for me it was done at mates/family rates and at cost me $1700 for the maniflod, instalation of the turbo and the 3" exaust icluding fi flow cat etc.

Dj-Diablo - I am using the standard Manual transmission but it has been strenghend.

PLUS it's Canberra, you only need to have aircon down there between 11am and 2pm in tha summer, otherwise u just need a heater a fair bit. Yes I know from experience....used to live there......Now it's brissy, just need to stop tha humidity.
