My dream came true yesterday. I had to drive the rx7 over to my friends house to match the paint as we painted the new bumper. On the way back home I was on a 4 lane (45 mph) and this blue with white stripes viper was going the other way. I had heard about this guy before and I knew he liked racing so I whipped a uturn to go give him a run. He only runs 11.50s off the nitrous and he didnt spray and neither did I. My car is red with white stripes so this must have looked pretty cool. I got next to him at about 45 and he immediately floored it. I followed suit and we were close till the top of my second where I pulled about a foot. I slammed it in third and started pulling away. I had about 1 1/2 cars when I had to slam on the brakes because of traffic. I was so excited, thought I would share...

I dont know, every time I go to the track I break something so I havent got a good run yet. I guess on good tires a low 11 without spraying, a mid-high 10 on the 100 shot.aggiedj02 said:yeah... only 11.50s!!!

That's amazing..I had my chance a little while ago. There was one cruising one of our big cruising spots, and I pulled up next to it. Of course, I didn't come anywhere near you. I floored it in 2nd gear at 35 mph, and he flew past me like I was sitting there. When I caught up with him, he said that was only at half throttle. :lol:

nice kill!!! i lined up against a viper once in my 2nd gen ATX.. bacially he made it past the next light and I was stuck in a red ... This is why I told Harry I need NOS... 2 of them.... by tonight... :shrug:
