Hey everyone ... I just installed a MSD 6A and a Blaster 2 Coil yesterday. Everything went smooth exept two things.
First ... carparts send me the wrong cable for the coil. Believe it or not, a MSD cable didn't fit a MSD coil(it said on the box - for blaster2 coils). Had to steal a cable from my friend's 70 mustang
But here is the real problem!
When I started the car my tachometer wasn't working. Did anyone get the tach to work with a MSD?
I got a issue here since my spedometer quit working a while ago, and I have no idea how fast I'm going without a tach.
For those wondering if there was any improvement ... The car starts much easier and idles way smoother.
