Seems like a good deal, but how do you think they'd look on a mx6??

nice! i think they'd look sick on a 6 actually. i'd go for them if i had the cash.
Yeah, that's kind of what I'm thinking too. I'm a little worried about the +35mm offset, but as long as I get a tire that isn't too wide, it'll fit perfectly.

Anyone else running 35 offset?? And if so, what size/brand tire do you have that fits perfectly?
205/45/17 will work almost perfect!

speedo will only be out .2% (faster)

and it will only stick out (0.5'') farther. (vrs. stock wheels)

the wheel size calculator works great, I've posted links many times before!

Wow, that's an awesome tool!!! The proper size is actually 215/45/17, but it still shows that it would fit/clear with no problem.

Sweeeeet.

yes I know thats what it said, but, look, it does say to check for clearence....

a 205 would be best, so your sure you don't run a fender.....

and your welcome......
It says to check for clearance? when I ran the numbers it said it would clear fine.

What I need is to find someone on here with a 17x7 rim, 35 offset and find out what size tire they run, real world experience is always the best.

But yeah, worst case is I go with a 205 tire, won't matter too much just don't want to rub anywhere.
i got a 7.5" rim with a 205 40 17 on it....size rim company sent was 215 45 17...rubbed rear strut bodies a little...got new tires problem solved
Ok, good to know. But what offset do your rims have?
Package will stick out 17 mm (0.7'') farther. Make sure that you have enough room under the fender. If not, consider narrower tires or higher offset.
I know its only .2" more, but still...............

For what its worth, the 205's would be your best bet.

and if he's in your area, go try one on..........
Will be fitting the rims this weekend, and 205's would work just fine considering it's what's on there now. Main thing is making sure there's enough tire to guard the rim, though I'm pretty careful when parking. :)
Hahaha! Got the wheels, but they're 17x8, NOT 17x7!!!

Might have to roll the fenders...but I think they're going to look awesome.
