fpr 80psi at idle and drops when throttle is pushed. i thought it should be lower and increase. i cant even adjust my fuel pressure down. i pulled the regulator apart and it blew with air, no luck.

I believe your correct about it increasing with throttle . Is your PRC solenoid valve working to control vacuum going to the FPR ?

found the return line was kinked here, it was jammed upward like maybe i hit something that pushed it up.

Good job locating the problem , after thinking about it I believe you would have go a CEL if the PRC solenoid valve wasn't working ,IIRC it is part of the "self checks" the ECU does at start up/key on .
