okay this is really hard to explain, and i know it is probably easy for you guys to figure out, but i have this rubbing in the front driver side, it isnt the tires and it makes a clicking sound at low speed and sounds like rubber on rubber or something, it is hard to explain this sound, but i need some ideas, thanks

It wouldn’t be the CV or the drive shaft rubbing on the side splashguard would it ?...God this is like some weird charade/guessing game...

I just had the same thing.. if it only happens when you turn the wheel its your bearing ro your steering wheel belt. If its just at regular driving it could be your brakes.. or HLA I suggest changing your oil to synthetic 5w30 with new filter thats what helped me get rid of the problem.
