Latley i have noticed that my car has been handling kind of odd. there is a weird vibration/squeek coming fom the passenger side front. So i pulled off the tire and noticed that the bushings on the front sway bar end links are desintigrated. should i buy aftermarket bushings?? if so from where?? right now the link is just kind of floating which can't be good.

depends on how you like your ride... urethane bushings will make you handle better but its a lil rougher ride...they have the universal ones at pep-boys, auto zone, etc...

throw out the endlink and keep the bushings... or just find another place in your city that carries bushings and other rubber/plastic products...

would it be overly hard for a machine shop to custome make endlinks out of a sinlge piece of stamped steel, that way you would have no bushing and no give? good idea? bad idea? reasons

There is a few people on a PT that make all metal self lubricating front endlinks. For something like 30-40 buck for a pair.
