i dont think ill regret it.
You will, I promise. I want nothing more than to have my Subaru back. Getting out of debt is a great idea, but man, at what cost? I can pretty much guarantee you'll regret it, unless you're getting something WAY sicker (which I doubt, considering you'd be way more in debt, i'm betting.)

And I got most of my speeding tickets in the summer of 2009, which is so close to being 3 years ago.
Actually, dude, thats so close to being like a year FROM now. hahah. You mean 2006?

--How can I let that go?

Have you tried progressive? I'm getting better rates through them then either Geico or Esurance. Allstate/Farmers/State Farm can eatadick with those expensive ass rates. I tried going through all of those "premium" companies and they wanted twice for full coverage than what I'm paying for with progressive.

put the car in one of your parent's name, and have you listed as a driver.

i remember when i was trying to insure my first wrangler... the quotes were 12k for 6 months.. LOL. absurdly high quotes are their way of telling you "no" - but since they cannot legally deny you insurance unless you've been convicted of a felony offense (and even then...) all they can do is hike up your rates.

Who insures you? I think you living in rural Chester county helps, I'm within Philadelphia city limits.

To be perfectly honest, my rates will drop significantly next summer, so if I have enough saved up I can use that to pay insurance and I'll buy this on my birthday (Jan. 25) if it isn't sold by then. Haha just when I thought Megan's law was the biggest cockblock, here comes Geico.
