My 91 2.2L quit the other day and won't run. It will start but once I release the key it dies. The intake tube is new and so is the mass air flow meter. The plugs, rotor, cap, wires and timing belt were replaced 200 miles ago and the coil tests good. I tried to test the fuel pump by disconnecting the fuel line coming out of the fuel filter and runnning a short hose to a jar. When I turn the key on, there is no fuel flow, but when I turn the key and engage the starter I get plenty of fuel. Any suggestions on what to do next or how to test the regulator?

Fuel will not flow till you start the car; there is a yellow test connector right next to the green one. Jumper the plug and your fuel pump will run each time you turn on the key. Do not leave it this way.
